THE EXISTING THUNDER31RD MOTEL IN W. YARMOUTH CONSISTS OF A TWO STORY
FOR GUESTD AND ONE STORY STRUCTURE FOR THE BREAKFAST AREA AND OFFICE.
FOLLOWING RENOVATIONS ARE PROPOSED.
OFFICE AREA:
1. THE SINGLE DOOR ENTRYWAY WILL BE CHANGED TO A DOUBLE DOOR ENTRYWAY.
2. EXISTING INTERIOR WALL WILL BE RELOCATED AS SHOWN ON THE DRAWING.

BREAKFAST AREA:
1. TWO INTERIOR WALLS ADDED AS SHOWN ON THE DRAWING.
COMPLIANCE:
1. NO CHANGES TO THE FLOOR SYSTEM OR ROOF.
2. WORK DOESNOT,CHANGE COLUMNS OR FOUNDATIONS.
3. NO CHANGE TO LATERAL LOAD RESISTING SYSTEM.
