(Fire, Building and Health) Beachway Motel: 1. Basement area-Raw sewage found during inspection. Identify source and correct. Clean azea. 2. Laundry room—Organize area and remove clutter. 3. Room#9—Toilet found with leak txiggering refill action. Waste of water. Repair or adjust as needed. 4. Room#11 —Ceiling repair needed due to water da,mage. Find and fix roof area as needed. 5. Bathrooms—General—Baths with windows found to ha.ve no sha.des or screens in some rooms. Frosted/opaque glass on lower sash only in some ' rooms. Frost a11 panels or ad in areas where none were found. NOTE: Beachway and Cape Traveler o�PY indows—All windows must ha.ve screens and open, close and lock securely esigned. Many screens were either missing or damaged. Correction needed. Also note that each bathroom with a fan not working must have fans operable. Many may � also need to have the grills cleaned to be effective in removing moisture and odors. ' Cape Traveler MoteL• ' 1. Second floor apariment is missing a vent fan in one of two bathrooms.
