RE: Bacteriological Quality Analysis
Accor�ing to state Sanitary Code : Chapter V, Section 435. 28, all semi-
publ_� pools must be tested for bacteriological water quality prior to
its c-ening.

Our racords show that the Blue Water Resort' s two pool{s)
have ��t been tested as of this date. A pool water quality analysis
must :e conducted immediately and the results forwarded to the Health
Depaz~-�ent upon receipt of this letter. Pool water sample bottles and
appl:.ations are available at the Health Department. Failure to comply
wi I.l .-esult in closure of the txo pool(s) .
If �.n have any questions reg�rding this notice, please ca1l the Health
Depar.ment at 398-2231 x 241 , 'ionday through Friday, from 9:OOam to
