CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR SUBMITTAL OF PLANS AND OTHER DOCUMENTS, AS REQUIRED BY CITY AND REGULATING AGENCIES FOR REVIEW AND PERMITS. THE GENERAL CONTRACTOR SHALL PAY FOR GENERAL BUILDING PERMIT, PLAN CHECK AND RESPECTIVE PLAN CHECK FEES, AND UTILITY HOOK-UP FEES, UNLE55 SPECIFICALLY INDICATED OTHERWISE IN CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT. 9.
