THE BASE ANGLE OF THE OUTRIGGER IS MOLNTED TO MANSARD BY FIRST STRIPPING AWAY WOOD OR SHAKE SHINGLES TO ALLOW DIRECT ATTACI-MENT TO PLYWOOD OR MANSARD FiRAMING. CNLY STRIP SHINGLES IN AREA OF ANGLE ATTACHIM.ENT. ATTACH BASE ANGLE SLIGHTLY ABOVE FLUSH OF BOTTOM OF MANSARD WITH SIX 012 x 11" TEK SCRUB. ANGLES SHOULD BE INSTALLED WITH 32" O.C. SPACING. ALL BASE ANGLES CN A SIDE SHOULD BE ATTACHED BEFORE PROCEEDING TO THE NEXT STEP. $. ATTACH A VERTICAL ANGLE TO BASE ANGLE SUCH THAT VERTICAL ANGLE IS PLUMB AND SLIGHTLY ABOVE FLUSH OF BOTTOM OF MANSARD. INSTALL DIAGONAL BRACES PER PLANS. INSTALL VERTICAL ANGLE IN EACH CORNER ESTABLISH LINE BETWEEN CORNER ANGLES AND COMPLETE INSTALLATION OF VERTICAL ANGLES. AND BRACES. b. INSTALL 28x2" IS GA ANGLE CONTINUOUSLYAS SHORN IN DRAWINGS SUCH TWAT BOTTOM OF ANSsLE IS SLIGHTLY BELOW FLUSH OF BOTTOM OF MANSARD. FASTEN AS PER ABOVE CONTINUE INSTALLING FASCIA UNTIL REACHING THE RIGHT END. S TH LAST PANEL IS TO BE FIELD CUT TO LENGTH. BEFOFM DOING 80, INSTALL THE FIRST PANEL THAT WILL CONTINUE AROUND TH OR�ER SUCH THAT ITS LEFT HAND SIDE RETUl LEG IS FLUSH TO THE FASCIA FACE. CUT THE LAST FASCIA PANEL ON THE SIDE BEING WORKED SUCH THAT IT LAPS OVER THE RETURN LEG ON THE FASCIA ON THE NEXT SIDE. POP RIVET THE CUT PANEL TO TH LEG OF THE NEXT PANEL CONTINUE AS ABOVE UNTIL ALL SIDES ARE COVERED WITH FASCIA PANELS. t0. AT ANY END, ATTACH CORNER TOP SECTION ONLY (MULLC011 FLUSH TO TOP OF NEW FASCIA PANELS. IL INSTALL BASE MOLD BRACKET (MF -30) 6" FROM CORNER EDGE AT ELEVATION SUCH THAT THE BRACKET IS FLUSH WITH THE LOWEST POINT OF MANSARD 12. SLIDE CORNER BOTTOM SECTION (MULLCORH) OVER CORNER TOP SECTION SUCH THAT BOTTOM SECTION OF GORIER IS 36' BELOW BASE MOLD BOTTOM SECTION ARE BRACKET. HOWEVER IT IS ALSO NOTED THAT THE FRAMING BENEATH THE SHEATHING, AND ATTACHMENTS TO THE BUILDING STRUCTURE COULD NOT BE INSPECTED OR CHECKED.
