The broken grease line must be repaired IMMEDIATEDLY by a licensed plumber and inspected by the town plumbing inspector prior to opening this Friday. You must also correct any Fire or Building Dept.Violations You need to call the Plumbing and Health Dept.this Friday to schedule an inspection of the grease line if you plan to open Friday. Bruce G. Basement sewer line grease pipe leak onto floor must be repaired.Grease on floor must be cleaned and serviced IMMEDIATEDLY, prior to opening Friday December 18, 2015. 2. The ceiling in the main Dining Room that fell down due to water leaks needs to be repaired. 3. The floor in the main Dining Room needs to be repaired. 4. All water damaged ceiling tiles in Dining Room must be replaced. 5. Hood Fan and Filters need to be cleaned and serviced. 6. Repair leak at steam table in kitchen prep area. 7. Leak in ceiling in Walk In Refrigerator must be repaired. 8. Repair wall to floor board in prep area that is falling down. 9. Repair and clean drain in dish room area. (grease) 10. Clean all walls in kitchen area near dish room. 11. A cleaning and sanitize is needed downstairs. 12. A structural specialist needs to look at the flooring downstairs under the Walk In Freezer as appears to be sagging to make sure it is structurally sound. Please be advised all corrections must be made within 10 days.A Re Inspection has been scheduled for December 29, 2015 at 11:00 am.All items must be corrected before signing of your liquor license and Board of Health Food Service Permit.All violations from Building and Fire Department must also be corrected prior to issuing of Board of Health Food Permits. If violations are not corrected your Board of Health Food Service License may be revoked or modified at a Board of Health Hearing. Please contact me, with any questions or comments.
