The above noted rental property (s), owned/managed by you, has been issued two
written complaints by the YARMOUTH POLICE DEPARTMENT.
In accordance with Health Department policy, an Administrative Hearing will be
held at 11:00 a.m. � Thursday � Aucust 13, 1998� at the Health Department office
in Town Hall.
Property owner(s) and any realtor or manager(s) are required to attend. The
purpose of the hearing is to resolve an existing nuisance situation and to find
if your appearance before the full Board of Health is necessary to modify,
suspend or revoke rental occupancy permit(s).
