As per our phone conversation of this PM, please see the following list of deck deficiencies:
1. No frame/final inspection requested
2. The deck, as built, differs from the proposed plans in configuration and framing details.
3. Single rim.
4. Center beam posts are raised and not on sono tubes footings—supported by single 2x6's.
5. No lateral load brackets.
6. Ledger is not fastened sufficiently.
7. 4x6 posts supporting rim are not mechanically fastened.
8. Joist hangers have been gun nailed.
9. Missing joist hangers.
10. Certified As Built Plan has not been provided as noted on the plan and permit.
