ANITA SCHULTZ � O BEACH "N" TOWNE �p 1261 ROUTE 2$ � SOUTH YARMOUTH, MASS 02646 RE; UNCLEAN ROOM AAT BEACH"N"TOWNE VISIT DATE SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 1, 2007 CREDIT CARD MASTERCARD 0244 NOTICE OF DISPUTE Dear Mr.&Mrs. Schultz; Please be advised that 1 wish to bring a complaint to your attention seeing that you are listed as the owner with the TOWN OF YARMOUTH for the above location. � Please be advised that I made reservations with your location directiy by telephone for SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 1, 2007, leaving on SEPTEMBER 2, 2007, i charged this to my credit card see enclosed copy of sales slip, i signed when I arrived at your location, 1 do want you to know that the room key that�ras given to me was for ROOM 12, I want you to know tha#this room was diri#y and there was bugs on the floor, further more, the rug was stained with something as you enter the front door, there were small bug� along this stain that was in the carpet, the bathroom was awful dirity, it looked like the tub has never been cleaned, there were marks in the bath tub, and there was some sort of tape in the bath tub, or maybe this was just dirt marks fram how diriiy the bath tub was, also the bedspreads were dirity and has and awFul smell to them as well as the raom, there was also a womans pad that was left in the bathroom on the floor by the toliet, I;m not sure but I think your hotel needs a safety check by the local board of health, 1 have reasons to state that there might be some code violations there, you also have large holes in the ground the childrens swing area that someone could fall and get hurt, you also need to check the safety of that swing as well, this is no way to have a business, this was awful the conditon of that room and there is no reason for that what so ever, no one should have to � incounter such a room as that, when I check into a hotel or motel I want a clean room and a safe place for my child to play around the swing area, this was not � the case at all. � I left with in 5 minutes, went to the office, checked with the young lady tha#was at the front desk who couldn't speak very good english, 1 explained to her what was wrong and she just looked at me, I handed her the key and told her I was leaving, severai hours later you called me, and your fargest concem was that you weren't giving me a refund for a early leave, your concem shouid have been that room, I can't think that you are allowed to have a busines�with dirty room like ' that one, especially the carpet, and the bathroom, that is awivl, but in any case at that time the young lady offered no add�onal room to me so I left, you paper work sta#es nothing about no refunds for early leave, if this was a case that I left . because of and emergency i wouldn't ask for a refund, but in this case this was to do with safety and a dirity room, you need to have something done with that carpet as well as that bathroom, they need some serious_cteanning, so at this time I will be disputing this charge on my credit card, 1 am also sending a capy of this letter to the local board of health which is in my legal rights to do because I ' don't want anyone to get hurt or sick from staying at that hotel, I know that I did mention to you that I was sending a letter to the BOARD OF HEALTH, si I hope that you cleanned that room. So I will be disputing this charge for the one night with the credit card company, 1 also am sending a letter to the local board of health, and you should have had the young lady offer me a room at the time that I complained, no#three hours later when you called me offering another room, that was to late, you also should have explained the no refund policy, but in this case it doesn't apply because this � is a safety reason as well as a sanitary reason because of dirity room, I also do have pictures, how ever I haven't had them done at CVS yet, as soon as I do I will send them to the board of health as well as you and the credit card company.
