Our as-built and the inspection report on file indicate the existing septic tank is a 1500 gallon tank. I can
make a note on your plans to indicate that. The inspection report also indicates that the deck currently
sits on top of the tank—that will also need to be addressed. The tank and deck can stay as long as the
covers are accessible. Any sonotubes however can not be on the tank.
