MEYER, R.S. a ASSIS7ANT DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC HEALTH SANDWICH HEALTH DEPARTMENT (508)88&4200 From: vonHone, Amy [mailto:AVonHone@yarmouth.ma.us] Sent: Monday,January 25, 2010 4:26 PM To: Meyer, Darren Subject: 15 Nautical Lane Our as-built and the inspection report on file indicate the existing septic tank is a 1500 gallon tank. I can make a note on your plans to indicate that. The inspection report also indicates that the deck currently sits on top of the tank—that will also need to be addressed. The tank and deck can stay as long as the covers are accessible. Any sonotubes however can not be on the tank. Amy Amy L.von Hone, R.S.
