Had a chance to review the plan:
`�Add a note to sleeve water line— I would suggest you consult with the Water Dept. about the location of
the water line and its proximity to the side property line
�,2� Provide the wall schematic for review (as noted on the plan)
�, ,�. Provide an engineer's inspection schedule for wall and footing staking, soil removal, wall location, and

� ����,� You are proposing to dose only 2.5" of water at a time from the pump chamber. Knowing the difficulty
�� of a properly functioning pump float with a short tether to get the 2.5", please provide/specify the type of
float to be used that will function properly with a low dose amount.
�iL� Please provide a floor plan so that our office can confirm a two bedroom dwelling.
Our office will be approving the proposed variances in-house. It would be helpful if you could provide an extra
copy of the plan to the Conservation Agent for her review to include any additional comments to be added to '
the plan.

broken, and filled with clean sand.

This property needs a two bedroom deed restriction. Is your office completing the deed restriction
application? I have forwarded a copy of the plan to conservation for the administrator's review. Prior to
issuance of the installation permit, I will need conservation administrative approval and the completed deed
restriction application.
