Today you artd I did a visuai finai inspection af the septic system instal ed at the above address.
Previously we had inspection the soils removai and staked#he vauft in he hole. Craig R. �hort,
P.E. had inspected the footings and size af the containment wall. The sspooi was backfilled, '
the pump switch was adjusted by the instatler to 4'/,".
At the time of inspection, the system needed an electrical inspectifln. he system appears to be
installed in substantiaE compliance with the approved plan and should e carefufly backfrlled and
graded. '
