Dear Mr.Patel,
You are ordered to attend the Board of Health Meeting on September 9,2002 at 4:15 p.m.
regarding your Indoor and Outdoor Pools and Whirlpoot.
You ha�e violated the following Regulations of 105 CMR 435.000 Minimum Standards for
Swimining Pools, State Code, Chapter V:
435.06 4 -
No Automated Chlorinator/Brominator for Wlurlpool.
435.21 5 -
Pool Water Testing Log was Inaccessible to Health Inspector.
435.24-
Lack of Safety Equipment,a Shepherd's Crook.
435.29(1)(2)(3)(4�
Proper Sanitation was lacking in the pool,pH and Total Alkalinity were Out of Range.
435.31-
Unable to see the bottom of the Pool,Water Clarity was Unacceptable.
435.35-
Re-opening a Pool without approval of the Yarmouth Health Departmen�
The swimming pools and whirlpool ha�e been closed off and on during the summer season by the
Yarmouth Health Department.The situation has become unacceptable and will be addressed at this
meeting.Please bring all Pool Water Testing Records e.g.the Pool Log as well as all Pool Maintenance
Records for this year.Please bring youz copies of the Pool Inspection Reports from this year to better
understand the chronology of events that has precipitated this hearing.
