The minimum age requirement to use our pools is 18 years of age when not accompanied by an adult. Signs prohibiting swimming alone for safety reasons are displayed. The pool is available for use daiiy from 9:00 AM until dusk. The pool area is chained and padlocked every evening, usua[ty bq 7:30 PM. Locks 6ave beea instalted on the entrance gate af the pools and corresponding keya stamped"Do Not Duplicate"have been distributed,one key to eac6 of our residedts. T6ank you for your cooperntion. Our pools are maintaYaed for the t�ce of residenta of�uck Ysland Village and ,, , their guest who�must t�e accompanied by the resident. Of our 117 units,less than , half utilize the pool area,and of tl�ose many never go into the water. The Board is allowing your complex's pool to operate without staff on the premises trained in water safety, first aid and CPR. The following restrictions will be placed on your permit: Signs will placed stating No Swimming Alone No one under 18 years of age will be allowed at The pool unless accompanied by an adult Hours of Operation will be 9:00 am to dusk The pool will be secured and locked when not in use New locks will be placed on the entrance to the pool Each residentlowner will issued one non-duplicable key An annual safety report will be filed with your applications for Permits All other state and local regulations will be enforced.
