Dear Robert
On Friday, Jan 29, 2010, EAS Survey Inc. conducted an inspection
of the 3,000 gallon tight tank that services the kitchen sink's in your
establishment. The tight tank has 3 heavy duty manhole & access covers.
The inlet access has a 30"pvc tee and two floats. The lower float is set at
75% or + 2,400 gallons and the high float is set at 2" below the inlet or
+3,200 gallons. Both alarms were tested and functioning independently.
As part of the approved permit a pumping contract with Bluewater (fmly
Canco) was previously in place. At this time that contract must be
renewed or a new contract negotiated with a new licensed pumper.
