In early March, 2006, I inspected a 3,000 gallon tight tank at the above address. I found
alarms and floats at proper levels and in good working order. I checked A.B. Canco's records,
which revealed that 47,000 gallons had been pumped from the tank over a period of twenty-three
months or approximately 67 gpd usage from the kitchen sink,
