Materials must be light- � �� colored, non-absorbent and washable. The previous vendor was notified of this repair on the June 4, 2002 Food Service Establishment Inspection Report. He stated that �/f��� �� conections would be addressed. � �'N �� • The Hood Ventilation System should be inspected by the Fire Department and then �I thoroughly power-washed if needed by a professional service. This should be done (�t` � annually. �� � • Air Quality Testing shall be performed for the kitchen side of the interior building �,� �Q�� simultaneously to other Air Quality Testing. � • No Outdoor Food preparation or cooking may be done on site as per Town of Yarmouth �',�' Board of Health Supplemental Food Regulations to 105 CMR 590.000,Number 8. — • No Outside Catering may be done unless properly permitted by and notification given to � the Yarmouth Health Department for each event. Mr. Moran was informed that he must apply for Health Licenses and submit Worker's Comp, Food Service Manager and Heimlich Certifications. He was instructed to contact the Building Department for licenses and a recommended Team Inspection, along with registering with the Town Clerk. Thank you for your prompt attention to these matters. I look forward to working closely with all parties involved to make Bass River Golf Course Food Service Concession a first-rate operation.
