On November 4, 2015 the Health Department conducted a Retail Tobacco check of your retail store. Health Inspector Philip Renaud found 5 packages of multipack Garcia Vega Red Game cigars, and 10 packs of Black and Mild Jazz for sale to customers.The flavored tobacco was removed from shelf. At the Board of Health Hearing on November 16, 2015 the board has decided to issue a one-time warning to anyone that had flavored tobacco for sale during this past inspection. Please refer to the Massachusetts Health Association Board's website at www.mahb.or�for the flavored tobacco restricted list. Any other further violations of the Yarmouth Tobacco Regulation will be considered a violation. In July 2014 you were informed by a letter and visit by a Health Department personnel of the new Board of Health Regulation Prohibiting the sale of tobacco products to individuals under the age of 21,along with prohibiting the sale of flavored tobacco products,self-service displays,and cigar pricing.
