Per M.G.L.: All town and school boards, committees, commissions, and authorities shall post a
notice of every meeting at least 48 hours prior to such meeting, excluding Saturdays, Sundays,
and legal holidays. Notice shall contain a listing of topics/agenda that the chair reasonably
anticipates will be discussed at the meeting.

PETITION #4566: Tyrone Barrett, 39 Union Street, YarmouthPort. Map &
lot#:0124.8.2; Zoning District: R-40. The applicant seeks to Modify a Comprehensive
Permit Decision #3926, condition #6, to permit a finished basement and improve for
residential use.
PETITION#4567: Sandbar Management,Inc., 512, 518, 532 (rear) and 526 Route 28,
West Yarmouth. Map & lot#: 0031.82-C, 83, 85 & 84; Zoning District: B-2 & HMOD1.
The applicant seeks to Modify Special Permit#4368,previously Modified in#4420, #4486,
and #4524, or a new Special Permit under By-law §104.3.2.3 & 4 and §404.4 and Use
§202.5 (N11)to demolish 3 pre-existing, nonconforming dwellings and reconfigure and
extend parking in the northern portion of the land; reconfigure and expand the Inflatable
Park to include adjacent land on Route 28 (former Dunkin Donuts building); reduce the
size of the arcade inside main building and add 40 additional food service seats; extend
landscaping along Route 28 in front of new property at 526 Route 28; eliminate a11 on-site
