GENERAL NOTES

1. Portions of the site lie within a coastal flood zone: AS
with still Water flood elevation a 7 N.G.V.D.
The addition of fill is intended as a measure of coastal storm
end flood damage prevention for the existing dwelling.
2. Benchmark: Top of lower foundation. ELEVATION - 10.6 N.G.M.

4. Locus: Yarmouth Assessors' Map t81, Parcel N12
S. All fill materiel, with the exception of loam, shall be clean
send, free of debris, rubble, asphalt or the like.
G. Estimated fill quantity: Approx. 360 cubic yards
7. All areas disturbed by construction shall be re'vegetated
upon completion of constuction. Remove and replace vegetation
as much as possible in cases where vegetation would otherwise
be destoyed.
S. The entire fill area shall be suitably landscaped. A.minimum
6` of loam shell be placed and intensively planted with salt
hardy ground cover as recommended: American Beachoress,
Ousty Miller, Beachpea, Beach Heather. Shrubs such as:

9. The use of chemical fertilizer shall not be permitted.
10. Snow fence shell be installed along the limit of work end
shell remain in place until the area has been stabilized
with vegetation.
11. Hay bales shell be staked in place at limit of work and at
the outerlying toe of any earth slopes created and shall
remain in place to decompose.
12. All unused excavated materiels to be removed from the site.
13. No materiel shall be placed beyond the limit of work except
in connection with the plan constuction.
14. Construction access gained on adjacent property shall be by
written permission from adjacent property owner.
15. All modifications to the existing foundation shall be
accomplished and fully sealed with asphaltic foundation
sealer prior to filling
16. See building plan by others for foundation Modifications.
17. Provide gutters with downspouts with drywells to contain
roof rain runoff.
18. All timber for pier construction shell be wolmanized for
marine application. All hardware shell be steel, hotdip
galvanized.
19. All pilings shall be driven where practical to do so. All
pilings otherwise jetted into place shall be installed
butt end down.
20. The float shell be stored in an upland location when not
