intent of

To clear a walking path upon a
coastal bank and to clear a path
and create a seating area within
the buffer zone on a coastal
bank and to prune existing vege-
tation and plant native shrub
and ground covers in accor-
dans with plans filed with the ,
Yarmouth Conservation Com-
mission.
Hearing on the above will be
held in the Yarmouth Town
Hall, Route 28, South Yar-
mouth, MA on Thursday, April
2, 1992 at 7:45 p.m.
