Hi Pete-
Sorry for the delay on this one but I just got a chance to review the septic plan. I am providing a copy of the
plan to our Conservation Agent, Kelly Grant, for her review, comments, and approval.
A couple of issues for review and revisions:
1. List local variance—Town of Yarmouth Sect. 3.7: leach facility less than 100' to wetlands
2. Need floor plan
3. Provide work limit/siltation barrier per Conservation requirements
4. Page 2—breakout note above system profile lists EL. 97.0— I believe it should be EL. 92.5
5. Is there a reason why this survey wasn't done on NAV88 since a portion of the lot is located within
Zone A? We have been requiring NAV88 on parcels within close proximity to or in coastal wetlands.
You may have a coastal bank that will need to be defined if required by Conservation. Our local bylaw
does not define coastal bank so the septic setback will be to the BVW only (you will still need to meet
the Title 5 setback requirement).
