THREE INSPECTION PORTS WITH IRRIGATION CONTROL BOX COVERS TO FINISHED GRADE.
5. LOAM AND SEED LAWN IMPACT AREAS. A FINAL GRADE INSPECTION IS REQUIRED.
SEPTIC TANK INSPECTIONS: EFFLUENT FILTER WITH SMART ALARM. FILTER TO HAVE AN EXTENSION HANDLE FOR ACCESS.
PUMP CHAMBER: EXTEND INLET TEE TO WITHIN 1.0' OF THE FLOOR OF THE CHAMBER. ALARM CONTROLS ARE NOT BE CONNECTED TO THE
PUMP FORCE MAIN. ALARM CONTROLS TO BE ON A SEPARATE HANGER OR POLE. 2" FORCE MAIN TO EXIT THROUGH OUTLET RISER. PUMP
