Hi Rick-
I have reviewed this plan and have a couple of questions:
��� My office field card for the test hole has 90" to groundwater vs. 96" on the plan. I am not sure why
there is a discrepancy but I would like the plan to match the office field card. You can keep the
�/ elevations as designed and list the extra 6" off the adjustment variance if that is reasonable to you.
�' �. We typically request a standard note of"Electrical Permit Required" for pump systems.
��..,�. The floor plan indicates a duplex? Our assessors records are varied from year to year regarding
�' bedrooms. At no time has the property been listed as a two family. If the house is a two family, a
second tank will be needed. (A two family designation may trigger zoning issues...if it is being
marketed as a single family, and has been used as a single family, the one tank is fine.)
