Subject: Old Irish Village
Yesterday we responded to fire alarm activation at the old Irish Village. The motel itself empty but the ;
building behind the hall has occupants. I just want to make sure you know they are there and to make it is
ok for them to be there. ( believe that building is alarmed but not sure.

Chief Walker
I talked to Jack Hynes today.
The Old Irish Village Motel is housing several employees for Jack Hynes. The employees are in two of the
rear cottages numbered 65 866. The main Motel building is closed. The Smaller Motel building(units 68-
81) by the old restaurant also houses his employees.
These properties as part of the motel can be used for housing his own employees, is allowed under the
motel zoning By-Law.
Seaside Alarm is working on the fire alarm system today.
