! A couple of things on this one:
1. Test hole log information —date and witness to be corrected
2. Septic system profile— I believe this site is in the B zone for the groundwater adjustment. That would
put your adjustment at 3.6' for the January, 2015 well reading (December, 2014 which you used for the
Zone A is even higher). If you need to, take what you need off the adjustment as a variance (0.6') and
you can keep your elevations where they are now. Just correct the groundwater adjustment
