NOTICE
Notice is hereby given of the intent of:
Ship Shops, Inc.
Pleasant Street -
South Yarmouth, MA 02664.
To replace an existing pile supported pier with a
floating pier at Ship Shops Marina, Pleasant
Street, South Yarmouth, MA in accordance with
the plans filed with the Yarmouth Conservatioin
Commission.
Hearing on the above will be held in the Yar-
mouth Town Hall, Route 2B, South Yarmouth,
MA on Thursday. February 18, 1999 @ 7:45
p.m.
