Hi Terry-
Just reviewed this plan and discovered a drainage easement on the side property line which should be shown
on the plan. The proposed location of the appears to be ok with setbacks (25') from the easement. If it is
easier for you to manually change the plans I already have in the office, you can come in and make those
revisions and initial the plans. Everything else on the plan is fine.
