; Just reviewed this plan —the leach facility will need to be maintained 25' from the drainage easement, and per
j our engineering records, there are drainage structures installed in the easement. It looks like you have plenty
! of room, especially since the family room is on sonotubes which will allow the leach facility to be closer to the
, dwelling if you are trying to avoid the failed leach pit. Everything else is all set on the plan.
