10. ALL UNSUITABLE MATERIAL (FILL AND PEAT)
ENCOUNTERED BELOW THE INVERT OF THE LEACHING
FACILITY TO BE REMOVED FOR A DISTANCE OF 5'
AROUND TO A DEPTH OF 12'-16' AND REPLACED
WITH SAND IN ACCORDANCE W I TH TITLE 5.
11. ANY RETAINING WALL SHOWN ON THIS PLAN IS FOR
LOCATION ONLY AND SHALL CONSTRUCTED IN ACCOR-
DANCE WITH THE DESIGN PROVIDED ON A SEPARATE
SHEET.
12. IT SHALL REMAIN THE CLIENT'S RESPONSIBILITY
