1. CONSTRUCTION ACCESS SHALL BE PRIMARILY BY THE ACCESS
ROUTE SHOWN. ALTERNATE ACCESS MAY BE VIA UNCLE
ROBERTS COVE.
2. A SILT FENCE SHALL BE EXTABLI5HED ALONG THE WORK
LIMIT WHERE SHOWN PRIOR TO COMMENCING WORK ON THE
BUILDING.
3. EXCAVATION SHALL OF LIMITED TO THAT NECESSARY FOR
POST AND FOUNDATION COMPONENT INSTALLATION.

DEBRIS AT REGULAR INTERVALS TO PREVENT FLOOD TIDES
FROM IMPACTING DEBRIS
