THE PROJECT IS MODIFIED AS FOLLOWS:
1. THE LANDWARD END OF THE WALKWAY INCLUDES A 10' LONG X 12'
WIDE LANDING. ADDITIONAL CLEARING OF UNDERSTORY VEGETATION TO A
WIDTH OF 14' IS ALLOWED IN THIS AREA ONLY. AN ACCESS RAMP IS
ADDED TO REPLACE THE ACCESS STEPS TO ALLOW FOR FUTURE
HANDICAP USAGE. THE LANDING IS CONTAINED IN THE UPLAND
VEGETATION AND SHALL NOT EXTEND OVER THE MARSH GRASS.
2. LOW LEVEL LIGHTING, WATER, AND SHORE POWER ARE TO BE
INSTALLED ALONG THE WALKWAY TO THE PIER, WITH A SERVICE PEDESTAL
