Hi Robin-
I have reviewed this plan and prior to final approval, our office will need floor plans to confirm the number of
bedrooms and the use of the proposed addition.
Additionally, when you finalize the plan, could you please add a note that"Soils to be confirmed by engineer
prior to instatlation" since the test hole was done in the rear yard.
