Trevor stopped by with your revisions (I haven't had a chance to review them but will let you know if there are
any issues) and changed the one floor plan we have on file. I did not see him during his visit. Our office will
not approve the floor plans with the proposed future dormer on the garage. If he wants to discuss it, he can
speak with Bruce on Wednesday, otherwise, I need 3 revised floor plans and a completed transmittal
application.
Thanks, Amy

Hi Darren-
A few things on this one:
Floor Plan (this plan was reviewed with Bruce):
1. The loft area on the 2"d floor will need to note the wall being open to the stairway when the 2"d floor is
finished off.
2. Eliminate the future dormer on the garage 2"d story.
Septic Plan:
List the highpoint of the fronting road.
List the Foundation variance on the plan since the top of foundation is not the minimum 2' above the
. high point of the fronting road per our local bylaw.
. Show a Reserve Area.
'4. Page 2—the elevation of the top of foundation is listed as existing instead of proposed.
6,5. In the Design Criteria —provide the allowable flow with the I/A for the existing square footage of the
lot. For example, 110 gpd/8,000 s.f. with I/A, therefore, maximum 220 gpd/16,002 s.f. for existing lot.
I will need 4 revised septic plans and 3 revised floor plans, along with a completed transmittal application for
the building permit. Prior to the septic installation, I will need a completed Title 5 application, $110.00 permit
fee, and a Trench Permit#.
Could you please pass on this information to Trevor? I don't have his email handy. Also, is there a reason you
are using the Singulair vs. something else?
Call or email with questions.
Thanks, Amy
