Yes if it is maintained appropriately. The only advantage to the more stringent requirement that
I can foresee is if he decides to purchase some additional land to get additional bedrooms in the
future. He won't need as much square footage.
Maybe go with the less stringent for now and if he wants to increase bedrooms in the future with
less s.f., he will be required to change his approval to the more stringent 19 ppm at that time?

I suppose the less stringent requirement would be more feasible...unless they can get the dormer with
the more stringent requirement.
Can that Singulair hit 19ppm?

Darren-
, I am finally getting around to typing the deed restriction/Singulair approval letter
for this property. I am listing the conditions of the permit which includes the
frequency of testing and the limits of Total Nitrogen that need to be met. Under
. Provisional Approval, there is actually enough square footage on the lot to meet
the 550 gpd/40,000 s.f. which would only require 25 ppm of Total Nitrogen vs. 19
ppm for 660 gpd/40,000 s.f.
Which standard do you want me to approve?
Thanks, Amy
