Verify all wall heights as construction proceeds. New walls to
be mortared traditional 'native' fieldstone with hidden
mortar joints. Steps to be 2" thermal variegated
bluestone. Railings to be black aluminum to meet code,
securely anchored onto walls. Landing to be irregular,
variegated bluestone set in mortar.
Approximately 150sgft reduction in hardscape.
