At a minimum,the following revisions are required prior to approval by this office. �'1. Please add note indicating design for a garbage grinder or not. �+2. Please add note describing the type of pipe to be used and the minimum pipe pitch. The proposed sewer line from the pump chamber to the distribution box must be a maximum � 2" line with a sanitary tee on the inlet pipe in the distribution box. ' � Please indicate the elevation of the top of peastone for breakout issues. � 4. Please provide a locus of the property on the plan. �' S. Please add a note indicating a minimum of 6" of stone to be placed below the ' distribution box �6. Please add a note indicating the first two feet of pipe out of disfibution box to be laid leveL \`7. Please add a note specifying the required 5'removal of unsuitable soil (specify depth) around and below the proposed leaching facility. �'8. Please clarify existing versus proposed contours for breakout issues. The contours, as shown,will not meet breakout as specified in Title V,Section 15.255 (2). �11. Please provide buoyancy calculations for the septic tank and the pump chamber. 12. Please add the following note, engineer to inspect and certify the soil removal prior to backfilling, and final grading. �13. Please add the following note, alarm and pump to be on separate circuits. Electrical permit to be obtained prior to construction. �r 14. Please add the following note, septic tank and pump chamber to be factory waterproofed. Please submit four revised plans for review by this department. Additionally, prior to final approval,a Title V appiication signed by a licensed installer and a$50.00 permit fee must be submitted to this office. This department would like to remind you of the established standards required for engineered plans which are outlined in Title V. This department is disappointed, at best, with the recent , submittals from your o�ce due to the lack of standard information provided. With the continued increase in the number of engineered plans subrnitted to this office for review, it is in your best interest, and your client's,to provide this office with complete and accurate information to ensure a thorough review and approval of the information as quickly as possible.
