Show the wetland line to the rear and work limit line—the original 1983 plan shows a bog ditch just off w the property line which in turn places a significant portion of the lot within 100' of the wetland boundary. ',, ' (``2. Based on the breakout elevation of the leach trench, a liner will be needed along the westerly end of ! ^ the soil removal where the ground elevations drop off. Since you are holding 10' to the front property ,r,,% line, there isn't enough room to regrade out 15' to meet breakout and stay within the property lines. ' ' 3. For future reference, property surveys within close proximity to wetlands/flood zones should be tied into NAVD88, especially if the flood zone is located within the lot lines. Conservation is not requiring formal review of upgrades like this, however, the agent is reviewing the plans and completing administrative ' approvals in-house and is expecting the standard conservation items/notes i.e. work limit line, wetland '; delineations, flood zone delineations, etc. ! I Please call or email with questions. Thanks, Amy j Amy L.von Hone, R.S., C.H.O.
