I. THE WORK LIMIT SHALL BE THE EXISTING PICKET FENCE.
2. NO CONSTRUCTION RELATED ACTIVITY SHALL OCCUR ON THE
WETLAND SIDE OF THE WORK LIMIT.
J. INITIAL SOIL STABILIZATION WITHIN THE WORK LIMIT
SHALL BE ACCOMPLISHED BY APPLICATION OF MULCH AND/OR
LOAM AND SEED WEATHER PERMITTING.
4. ACCESS FOR DEMOLITION AND CONSTRUCTION SHALL BE VIA
THE STREET SIDE OF THE PROPERTY WITH LIMITED ACCESS
AS SHOWN AROUND THE PROPOSED DWELLING SITE.
5. ALL DEBRIS SHALL BE LADED FROM THE SITE AS IT IS
PRODUCED AND TRANSPORTED TO A SUITABLE SOLID WASTE
HANDLING FACI L I TY.
