This Supplemental Landscape Plan and the following Planting Plan are respectfully being submitted as supplemental to the approved Site & Sewerage Disposal System Design plan by J.M. O'Reilly & Associates, Inc dated April 21, 2010. The plans are intended to express the design of the landscape and the proposed plant selection. 2. All work to be completed within the conditions and special conditions set forth in Order of Conditions dated May 24, 2010 under DEP file #SE -83-1877. 3. The landscape plan maintains the limit of work, sewerage disposal system, stormwater controls, dwelling location & size, stone drip edges, and pool backwash bed as approved on the J.M. O'Reilly & Associates Site& Sewerage Disposal Plan. 4. The landscape plan makes minor adjustments to the approved plan to better work with the house design and improve the work proposed in the buffer zone in two main ways: - Providing native, non-invasive plantings and pennsylvania sedge meadow versus a lawn - Conversion of the stone pool deck and walls to an elevated deck. The elevated deck provides two benefits by minimizing the fill needed around the pool (holding elevation around the pool to 6.25) and providing a crushed stone area under the deck to promote infiltration of rain water directly under the deck thus reducing run-off.
