CONSTRUCTION NOTES
1) Survey With NGVD Datum Is Currently Being
Conducted By Outermost Land Surveying, Inc., Of
Brewster, MA. Final Revised Plan With PL5 Stamp
To Be Provided.
2) Contractor Is Responsible For Determining The
Location And Marking Of All Underground Utilities
And Recognition Of All Overhead Utilities.
3) Construction Equipment And Vehicle Access Shall
Be Restricted To The Existing Concrete Driveway
And Within The Footprint Of The Dwelling.
4) Disturbance To Vegetation In The Front Yard Shall
Be Limited To The Area Of Contaminated Sod
Removal. Disturbed Areas To Be Backfilled And
