Re_ Moose Lodge Variance Request
Dear Bruce,
This letter is a follow up to my previous correspondence protesting the variance
request to allow full time usage of the former Christopher's restaurant.The facility septic
system is located within 70 feet of a preexisting well at 8-10 Pawkannawkut Drive. This
is a clear violation of Title V and should have been corrected before.
I again ask that the requested varianee be denied until the health hazard that exists
be conected. It is not my intent to prevent the business owners from using their property,
as they deem necessary. However, I do want to eliminate risk to the tenants in the
referenced Pawkannawkut property
I stand ready to work with all parties tv resolve this issue.
