Dear Mr.Zambelis,
The Yatmouth Health Department has noticed that for the ]ast two months your establishment's
front door to the patio las been open, from time to time, during business hours. 1 QS CMR 590.000
(State Code) and Federal Food Code states that food must be protected from contamination; an
open door would allow insects and vermin inside to possibly contaminate food in your restaurant.
It is eztremely important that you keep all outside doors closed or put screen doors in place.
If any outside door to your estabishment is found open without a screen door in place you
will be ordered to attend the nezt Board of Health Meetfng. At this time they may suspend,
revoke,or modify your Food Service Permit.
If you lave any questions regarding this matter or any Health Department issue, please do not
hesitate to call this office during business hours,Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m to 4:30 p.m. at
(508)398-2231 ext.241.Thank you for your anticipated compliance.
Sincerely,
i
