Our cuRent home has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom. We would like to add another full bathroom. I have enclosed a copy of plans from Your Plan Stor�e, Atlen B. Osgood, POB 735, Sandwich, MA 02563 phone 508-364-5364. I have also included an email from our Sunreyor, Stephen Doyle PLS, email: �dsurvey.(�,g aol.com. I think you should revisit the building and health department with this print and address the following issues: 1. Should the proposed foundation be elevated above the flood elevation-step up from inside?Will this proposed construetion have any flood improvement impact on the existing dwelling-these answers should come from the building inspector. 2. I do not believe any basement or utilities will be allowed in the addition. 3.The bulkhead can not extend more than 5.8'as shown-obviously this bulkhead would move to the side of the existing dwelling with no basement in the addition. 4.The septic as-built info is very poor(1977)-you should check with the health department to see if they have any additional info. If not, you may need to have a title 5 inspection done for existing system components. The health department will have to sign-off on your project before a permit can be issued so you should address there concerns now.
