9. DURING EXCAVATION AND CONSTRUCTION OF PIPES AND STRUCTURES,

4) THREE FLOOD VENTS PROVIDES A TOTAL OF 1600 SF.X3=
4800 SF. WHICH IS OVER THE REQUIRED 4,357 SF. MIN.
