WORK EFFORT ON THE DWELLING.
3. EXISTING UTILITY LINES SHALL BE MARKED OUT AND PROTECTED
UNLESS REPLACED.
4. A SUITABLY SIZED TRASH CONTAINER WYFH A HEAVY COVER SHALL
BE MAINTAINED AT THE WORK SITE AND DISPOSED OF OFF ISLAND ON
A REGULAR BASIS.
5. THE DESIGNATED BUILDING CONTRACTOR SHALL VERIFY ALL
PLUMBING AND OR UTILITY CONNECTIONS AND ELEVATIONS WITH
THE ENGINEER PRIOR TO MAKING THE NEW CONNECTION TO
EXISTING SEPTIC SYSTEM.
6. ROOF RUNOFF SHALL BE CONTROLLED WITH FRENCH DRAINS OR
DRYWELLS UNITLL THE LAND AREA SURROUNDING THE DWELLING
HAS DEVELOPED A STABLE GROUND COVER
7. CONTACT CAPE COD ENGINEERING, INC. PRIOR TO SITE PREPARATION
WORK AND I OR EXCAVATION ACTIVITY TO REVIEW ADDITIONAL

8. DRIVEWAY MODIFICATION SHALL REQUIRE ALL BITUMINUS, CRUSHED
SHELL AND BASE MATERIALS TO BE REMOVED FROM THE LOCATION

TOP DRESS WITH SUITABLE COMPACTED THICKNESS OF HIGH

9. NEW DRIVEWAY AREAS SHALL HAVE ALL TOPSOIL AND ROOT
MATERIAL REMOVED TO A SATISFACTORY DEPTH SUBJECT TO
INSPECTION. PLACE SUBBASE AND COMPACT TO MATCH PROPOSED
DRIVEWAY GRADE WITH NATIVE PROCESSED GRAVEL (MASS
HIGHWAY SPEC, M1.03.1 IS PREFERRED) USE OF RECYCLED
MATERIALS, "ABC" OR "T" BASE MAY ONLY BE USED WITH OWNERS
APPROVAL. PLACE APPROPRIATE CRUSHED STONE OR SHELL
