ALL WELLS KNOWN TO EXIST WITHIN 150
FT. OF THE SYSTEM ARE SHOWN.
3. PRIOR TO BACKFILLING COMPLETED
SYSTEM, NOTIFY THE ENGINEER AND THE
HEALTH DEPARTMENT FOR INSPECTION.
PROVIDE 24 HOURS (MIN.) NOTICE.
4. CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
VERIFYING LOCATION OF ALL
UNDERGROUND UTILITIES PRIOR TO
EXCAVATION.
5. ANY CHANGES TO THIS PLAN MUST BE
