INSERVATION NOTES
1. THE SITE IS WITHIN A RIVERFRONT AREA AS THAT AREA IS DEFINED UNDER THE MASS. WETLAND REGULATIONS. THE PROPOSED WORK
ACTIVITY REPRESENTS A REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT.
2. THE WORK AREA SHALL BE RESTRICTED WITH A WORK LIMIT SILT FENCE OF STAKED FABRIC BACKED BY STAKED STRAW BALES ORAS
OTHERWISE SPECIFIED BY THE YARMOUTH CONSERVATION COMMISSION WHERE SHOWN. THE WORK LIMIT SHALL REMAIN IN PLACE
UNTIL THE WORK IS COMPLETE AND THE AREA CLEARED OF MINOR DEBRIS WITH GROUND COVER RESTORATION.
