FOR LOCATION OF UNDERGROUND UTILITIES.
8. EXISTING SEPTIC SYSTEM TO BE PUMPED DRY,
REMOVED AND BACKFILLED.
9. NO DETERMINATION HAS BEEN MADE AS TO
COMPLIANCE WITH DEED RESTRICTIONS OR ZONING
REGULATIONS. IT SHALL REMAIN THE CLIENTS
RESPONSIBILITY TO OBTAIN ALL PERMITS, SPECIAL
