CONSTRUCTION NOTES:
1. ELEVATIONS REFER TO NAVD88. CONTACT SHOREFRONT CONSULTING FOR ADDITIONAL ELEVATION INFORMATION AS NEEDED.
2. CONSTRUCTION ACCESS SHALL BE VIA THE ACCESS ROUTE SHOWN ON THE PLAN AND DIRECTLY OVER THE APPLICANT'S PROPERTY.
3. THE WORK ACTIVITY SHALL OCCUPY A MINIMUM AREA TO ACCOMPLISH THE INSTALLATION OF THE STAIRS, DECK, AND DOCK. EQUIPMENT AND MATERIALS
HANDLING SHALL BE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE WORK PROTOCOL SUBMITTED WITH THE NOTICE OF INTENT, THE RESULTING ORDER OF CONDITIONS AND AS
DIRECTED BY THE YARMOUTH CONSERVATION AUTHORITIES.
4. ALL WORK SHALL BE ACCOMPLISHED FROM UPLAND ON THE APPLICANTS PROPERTY. THE DOCK SECTIONS ARE INSTALLED BY HAND.
5. THE WORK LIMIT SHALL BE MAINTAINED TO INSURE MINIMAL ACTIVITY IN THE THE EXISTING CONSTRUCTION AREA WITH MINIMAL ACTIVITY OCCURRING
BEYOND THE WORK LIMIT. EQUIPMENT SHALL BE STORED ON THE APPLICANT'S PROPERTY WHEN NOT IN USE.
6. ALL AREAS DISTURBED DURING CONSTRUCTION SHALL BE RETURNED TO THEIR PRE -CONSTRUCTION CONDITION. ALL WORK SHALL BE INSPECTED BY
SHOREFRONT CONSULTING AND RECEIVE APPROVAL BEFORE REMOVING EQUIPMENT FROM THE SITE.
7. THE ACCESS ROUTE AND WORK SITE SHALL BE CLEANED AND RESTORED TO RESEMBLE THE PRE -CONSTRUCTION CONTOURS AND CONDITIONS.
8. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL OBTAIN A COPY OF THE ORDER OF CONDITIONS ISSUED FOR THE PROJECT BY THE YARMOUTH CONSERVATION COMMISSION PRIOR
TO THE START OF ANY WORK.
9. ALL TIMBER USED FOR STRUCTURAL FRAMING (ABOVE THE WATER LINE) SHALL BE PRESSURE TREATED, ACQ, OR EQUAL AS APPROVED BY OWNER OR
SHOREFRONT CONSULTING. ALL DECKING MATERIAL SHALL BE GRATING.
10. ALL HARDWARE SHALL BE GALVANIZED OR STAINLESS STEEL, UNLESS OTHERWISE APPROVED BY THE APPLICANT OR SHOREFRONT CONSULTING.
�11. (2) 4'x10' SECTIONS MAKE UP THE DOCK. IN THE OFF-SEASON AND DURING THE WINTER MONTHS, THE DOCK SECTIONS SHALL BE STORED UPLAND OF
THE VEGETATED BUFFER. THE DOCK SHALL ONLY BE INSTALLED FROM APRIL 1 TO NOVEMBER 1.
112. THE PROPOSED RETAINING WALL SHALL BE 2 FEET HIGH, WITH A TOP ELEVATION OF 28.5 FEET. APPROXIMATELY 50 CUBIC YARDS OF CLEAN FILL SHALL
BE USED TO LEVEL THE BACK YARD FROM THE 28' CONTOUR. THERE SHALL BE A 2 -FOOT WIDE VEGETATED BUFFER STRIP DIRECTLY LANDWARD OF THE
PROPOSED RETAINING WALL. THERE IS ONE TREE PROPOSED FOR REMOVAL TO CLEAR THE LINE OF THE WALL.
13. THE PROPOSED PATIO SHALL BE PERVIOUS.
14. THE PROPOSED FENCE SHALL BE INSTALLED ALONG THE PROPERTY LINE, APPROXIMATELY 40 FEET ON THE NORTH SIDE, AND APPROXIMATELY 100 FEET
ON THE WEST SIDE, OR AS THE SLOPE ALLOWS.
